6. Our Wongs six-layer metal drying line is mainly composed of a combustion chamber, an upper air duct, a lower air duct, and drying tunnel running by chains and pallets. Every two adjacent sections need to be fixed with hexagonal screws for drying. The slideway and the wind plate have been welded before leaving the factory. After the customer receives the goods, they only need to install the chain and the pallet.

Models and process of egg tray production line

1. Pulp system

(1) Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp and then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.

(2) Put the pulp in the storage tank into the mixing tank, and adjust the pulp concentration in the mixing tank. The white water in the return tank and the thick slurry in the storage tank are further stirred by the homogenizer. After being adjusted into suitable pulp, it is put into the supply tank to be used by the forming system.

2. Molding system

(1) The pulp in the supply tank is fed into the forming machine, after being adsorbed by the vacuum system, the pulp is passed through the mold on the equipment, leaving the pulp on the mold to form, and the white water is absorbed and driven back into the pool by the vacuum pump.

(2) After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold passes the positive pressure out of the air compressor, and the molded product is blown from the forming mold to the transfer mold, and then sent out by the transfer mold.

3. Drying system

(1) Natural drying method: The product is dried directly by weather and natural wind.

(2) Traditional drying: brick tunnel kiln, the heat source can be natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, liquefied petroleum gas and other heat sources.

(3) New-type multi-layer drying line: The 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy than transmission drying. The main heat source is natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol and other clean energy sources.

Installation Services   

1. Within three working days after the customer receives the equipment, we will send engineers to the local for installation, commissioning and staff training.  The working time is determined according to the contract.

2. After arriving at the customer's factory, the engineer will test and evaluate the customer's preliminary preparations and make a work plan (in written form).

3. After the client's construction personnel arrive at the site:
A. Make construction preparations according to the construction plan;
B. Construct according to the construction plan steps. If the construction plan of the day is not completed, the Engineer shall communicate with the customer in time;
C. The installation enters the final step. The customer prepares the workers responsible for production in the later stage. After the installation, it enters the commissioning stage;
D. In the commissioning stage, the workers actively cooperate with the engineers, who train the workers during commissioning and commissioning (equipment commissioning methods, precautions and operation essentials)

4. Our engineers answer the questions of the customer's employees during installation, commissioning and training.

5. After the test run, it will be operated by the customer's staff and guided by our engineers. During the operation of the machine, the customer will evaluate the equipment.

6. After 4 days of normal operation of the machine, the engineer completes the work and the customer signs the after-sales service document of Wang's machinery.
